Booking weeks are Friday 5pm to Friday 10am - though if you require different times please let us know and we will try and accommodate you (subject to additional cost and availability). Weekend bookings are Friday 5pm to Monday 10am but these can usually be extended beyond Monday if required (subject to additional cost and availability).

We also make offers for time that comes available at short notice (i.e. following a cancellation). If you would like to be notified of our offers please subscribe to our newsletter.
We require a 20% booking fee with the balance due 8 weeks before the commencement of your stay. If you cancel before the 8 week period you will not be charged anything further. For further terms and conditions please see our Terms and Conditions.
Payment can be made by credit card through PayPal, or cheques can be sent made payable to Fellows House. Please click here to see our Rental Contract.
